About Coach Steve Pecci

Steve Pecci, a lifelong Boston resident, Public School student and local recreation league participant, founded Boston Baseball Academy. For over twenty-five years, Coach Pecci has taught the skills of the game through a values oriented approach. His experience combines both in-depth learning with wide-ranging instruction to produce a detailed, yet efficient way for your kids to succeed.

Coach Pecci holds a Physical Education Bachelors Degree as well as an Exercise Science/Biomechanics Masters Degree. He has taught Physical Education at every level from kindergarten through college. From Little League to high school, Coach Pecci’s teams have set school records (his AAU baseball team finished third in the 2004 National Championships). As a guest lecturer, Coach Pecci has instructed youth league coaches in three states. He is also the author of the hitting book Building A Better Hitter. His passion for hitting lead to the creation of Hit 1 Out™ Custom Bats, which designs premium, hand crafted bats for players of all ages and skill levels.
