HIT 1 OUT™

Training players to hit a baseball can be accomplished in a variety of ways.

The HIT 1 OUT™ Training System is a methodology developed by Coach Stephen Pecci based on over thirty years of experience as a teacher, coach and hitting instructor.

The information used is based on the biomechanical analysis of the hitting swing, combined with the enhancement of visual skills, memory skills and strategic planning.

Players following this methodology are taken through a specific sequence of lessons, each building upon the previous lesson. The goal of the HIT 1 OUT™ Training System is to provide each player with a full understanding of the hitting process. This includes knowing what to do as well as how and why to do it.

The final results are more quickness, better contact and more power to all fields.

There are check points to ensure each player is progressing through the program. Upon completion the player should have the tools to handle any hitting situation with complete confidence.

Whether it’s one lesson or more, private or group, all hitting instruction utilizes the HIT 1 OUT™ Training System.

Hitting Lessons

An experienced High School and AAU coach and author of the hitting book Building a Better Hitter, Coach Pecci will travel to your facility and teach players 10 years old through college (or beyond) how to hit with more power and consistency.

One Hour Hitting Lesson Rates **

• Individual               $ 50
• Two Players            $ 70
• Three Players         $ 90
• Four Players          $100

For larger groups, please call for special group rates.

Pitching Lessons

Excellent pitching mechanics are critical if you want to be a successful, healthy pitcher. Inward rotations of up to 20 revolutions per second can create extraordinary forces around the arm and shoulder. Any repeated mechanical flaws exposed by those forces could destroy muscles, ligaments and more. This could certainly spell the end of a promising pitching career. It happens all the time. Don’t let this happen to you or your special player.
